Wendy started her career as a legal officer in a foreign bank in 1979. In the last four decades as a practising solicitor, she has accumulated a wealth of experience, giving her a bird’s eye view of legal issues and enabling her to provide holistic advice and effective solutions to and for her clients. Wendy is a qualified trust practitioner (TEP) being a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. Wendy's experience spans retail conveyancing to advising developers in the purchase and development of land, including structuring the loans for land and construction costs. She is a pioneer in the privatisation of Housing and Urban Development Company (HUDC) estates in Singapore.
